So I just got the final art from Motorbot last nite for the limited edition shirt that will accompany the Boba Anything Super D Vinyl Art Piece at this years San Diego Comic Con.  JUST FUCKING SICK!!! He knocked it out the park with this one!  Motorbot is my MAN!  Gonna do some damage this year after Comic Con with him!  Some very cool stuff coming soon. At Comic Con I’ll be at the Hollywood Book and Poster book slingin shirts and takin names.  If you’re at SDCC, come by and say hi and mention the site I’ll give you free stickers and buttons!   The shirt is gonna be two sided.  Boba frontin on the front and the back of Boba with the jet back and all on the back! Hopefully we will have the Art pieces as well for comic con!  Peep the final front artwork and hopefully the full color sticker also:

Battle Of The Bank IV

So this past weekend Byrce and I went to Phoenix to vend at the Battle Of The Bank IV.  The  West Coast banked Track Roller derby tournament which the LA Derby Dolls all-star team was competing in.  Had a good time, even though the sales were quite slow until the last day.  But all the skaters came rolling by, looked at the leia shirts and snickered.  I was also working with LA’s video team who had been shang hied into producing and shooting three days of Roller derby awesomeness to be broadcast on the world wide intrawebs.  I ended up directing and switching half of the games.  LA beat San Diego’s all-star team to make it into the finals agains Team Legit which is comprised of all star players from around the country, mostly from flat track roller derby teams.  They ended up beating LA, but it was a really good game and LA didn’t lose by that much!  Anyway… here is a pic of our booth.  And as always you can always find us at the LA Derby Dolls games selling shirts and have a beer or two (or three)!

Vinyl Art Pieces On The Way

I hooked up with an awesome sculptor in Texas named Motorbot, who has sculpted my first of (hopefully) many vinyl art pieces using my designs and characters. The first one is my Censored Smiley character and the second is the Boba Anything shirt design. Hopefully we will have produced Bobas for San Diego Comic Con this year! We will be selling shirts and the Art Pieces at the Hollywood Book and Poster table along the back wall right beside the food court. Take a look at the first pics of the SMiley/Skully and the sketches of the Boba Anything. The Smiley/Skully is two sided which sits on the Cross Bones. One side is a regular smiley and the other is the Skully Smiley that Bill Bronson drew for me a few years ago. This character goes with my other t-shirt company Naked Punk Rock Clothing.
